thermal

imaging

Thermal imaging (aka infrared camera) is the latest tool available to the professional home inspector. This device helps locate and identify hidden issues including: missing insulation, structural defects, electrical hot-spots, plumbing leaks, air leaks, and other issues when scanning interior walls and ceilings of the home. Photos of any issues will be included in report. See images below for examples of some common findings.
